Are you a proactive, strategic, and hands-on Finance Manager looking to make a real impact in the charity sector ? Gifford and Parnters have been appointed to source a CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or equivalent professional to take the lead on financial operations, governance, and strategy in a mission-driven organisation in the role of Finance Manager . As Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and wider teams , ensuring financial stability, compliance, and cost efficiency. This role balances day-to-day financial management with strategic oversight with somwe of the key responsibilities including: Prduction and review of the monlthly management accounts including prep/presentation to the CEO/board Pick up on areas of TAX using a partnership approach with the auditors where neccessary Developing the financial reporting and policies Oversee budgeting and forecasting Manage reserves, and enhance governance.
