Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD . Implement structured learning techniques to enhance engagement. Assist with sensory regulation and behaviour management . Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to tailor learning strategies. Support students in developing independence, confidence, and communication skills . Requirements: ? Experience working with ASD or SEN students (school or care setting). ?
