A supportive and welcoming team Professional development and training opportunities A chance to work in a setting that values outdoor learning A leadership role with real impact About the Role As a Senior Practitioner , you will: Lead a nursery room, supporting and guiding staff Create engaging learning experiences following EYFS guidelines Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals Oversee key areas such as SENCO, Health & Safety, or Parent Partnerships Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery, including staff supervision and safeguarding What You'll Need A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent) Experience in an early years setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning Leadership experience or the confidence to step into a managerial role A valid DBS, Paediatric First Aid certificate, and Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willingness to obtain them) If you're looking for a role where you can make a real difference in children's lives while growing your own career, we'd love to hear from you.
