They carry out all elements of refurbishment and capital investment works, retrofit and decarbonisation and regeneration and new build projects within the social housing and local authority sectors across the North West.Job SummaryA Project Managers role is to oversee every aspect of a construction project. This includes planning and delivery, organising logistics, delegation of work and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, in budget and in line with contractual obligations.
