Position: Class 2 Tipper Driver Location: Wakefield Salary: 14.00-14.50 Job Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAPLEEDSINDThe role: Venatu are recruiting Class 2 Tipper Drivers for their client based in Wakefield who are a well-established and reputable aggregate company. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate a Class 2 tipper truck. Transport materials (e.g., sand, gravel, soil) to and from various sites. Ensure all vehicles are properly loaded and unloaded. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues. Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including timesheets and delivery notes. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and on-site personnel. Requirements: Valid Class 2 HGV license and CPC (Driver Qualification Card). Previous experience operating a tipper truck is highly desirable. Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks as required.
