This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering impactful, story-led insights that shape commercial strategy for an impressive portfolio of clients across industries including: Media, Retail, Utilities, and Gaming.The Role: As a Director, you will lead the entire lifecycle of quantitative research projects, from crafting compelling proposals to delivering insightful, visually engaging reports that captivate clients. Your expertise will shape strategic direction, foster client relationships, and contribute to continuous business growth. You will take ownership of end-to-end project management, including survey design, data analysis, and story-crafting for our clients high-profile accounts.Key Responsibilities:Lead project design, proposal writing, and supplier managementExecute survey design, quality control, and oversee project milestonesAnalyse data, generate insights, and deliver story-led presentations that resonate with clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional serviceMentor junior team members and collaborate to drive team-wide successIdeal Candidate: You have a minimum of five years experience within an insight agency, with a background in managing quantitative projects (experience in qualitative research is a bonus). You are adept with data processing tools (preferably Q or SPSS), and possess creative flair in visual storytelling.
