And of course, youll be a key part in creating a warm and friendly environment for our customers and our team.Our storeBased in Beccles, this modern 4 test room store has been serving the local market-town community for the past 3 years. With free parking right behind the store and future plans for expansion, this small store has a lot to offer.Our teamWith a total of 20 in-store colleagues and all staff members qualified to a minimum of Cert 3, you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and support in all areas of the business.Development is very much at the heart of the store, with 1 of their resident Optometrists currently being supported through the Specsavers pathway development programme, another undertaking the Independent Prescribing course and 3 TDO's on the shop floor.Community is also key and the Beccles team play an active role, regularly fundraising for donations towards their chosen charity - a local donkey sanctuary!Whats on offer?As well as all the support you need and great training and development opportunities, we have a whole load of benefits on offer for you to enjoy. These include:Salary: 70,000 Pro Rata.Bonus: up to 5,000 available to be used for either relocation or joining bonus.Flexible working pattern available: 3-4 days per week, including some weekend work (approx. 1 or 2 a month).Regular days can be accommodated as rotas are released 3-4 months in advance.Totally unique, individual setup for Optometrists! Firstly, youll need to be registered as a member of the General Optical Council (keeping this up to date).
