Workshop Supervisor Basingstoke 22 per hour + Overtime Basingstoke Permanent | Full-Time A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join a well-established commercial vehicle service provider based in Basingstoke . This role is ideal for a motivated and organised individual with strong leadership skills, looking to oversee workshop operations and ensure high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage and maximise staff productivity to exceed monthly targets. Review and time job cards in line with manufacturer guidelines. Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment, with a strong focus on health and safety. Ensure all vehicles leaving the workshop meet high-quality standards. Skills & Experience Required: Highly organised with a methodical approach to work. Strong leadership skills, leading by example. Flexible and adaptable to business needs. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
