Role andResponsibilities Tomanageall day-to-day aspects of aclientportfolio, this will include the following: Conducting arrival and departure meetingswithinternationalassignees. Reviewing UKtaxreturns and dealingwithany queries arising. Managingmodifiedexpatriatepayrolls, gross upcalculationsand the year-end process. Build and maintainrelationshipswithclientsand provide a high level ofclientservice. Manageand coach junior members of theteamto ensure a high standard ofclientdelivery. Manageriskappropriatelyfor bothclientsand the firm. This is a hybrid office/remote role based out of our Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham offices Skills, Knowledge andExperience ATT or CTA qualified highly desirable Experienceof managingexpatriatetaxprogramswitha track record of high-qualitydelivery. Strong practical knowledge of current GMadvisoryissues including SRT, SocialSecurityand PWDpost Brexit, Doubletaxtreaties, NRDs, modified payroll, remote workers, PAYEobligations. Experienceofleadingandmotivatingmore junior staff. Excellentcommunicationskillswithclientsand staff at all levelswiththe ability to build rapport and develop strongrelationships. Ability tounderstandthe full range of the firm's service offering and translating that intoidentifyingnew workopportunities.
