DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Architecture function at AXA Health, ideally with experience working in a Salesforce environment, to help us make our goals a reality.This is a fantastic opportunity to work primarily on a greenfield programme working with enterprise architects, solution architects, product owners and engineers in agile delivery teams in the design and development of our new Salesforce centred insurance and customer platform. Our new strategic platform is built using SaaS and Cloud hosted PaaS components, with following Salesforce cloud components at its core - Service, Sales, Health and Marketing cloud as well as Salesforce Industries products (formerly Vlocity).At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Were also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.What you'll be doing:Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Responsible for the definition, design and communication of digital first solutions for our strategic insurance and customer platformEvaluating solution options, integration patterns and recommending the right one for a given situation ensuring compliance with company standardsResponsible for the architecture of a given domain, contributing to the architecture runway and target architectureEnsuring appropriate governance processes are adhered toWorking within an agile program and teams, adhering to Scrum or Kanban principlesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the IT department, proactively assessing emerging technology/solutions for our businessWorking with security and data protection officers so that solution is secure by design and compliantWhat youll bring:Proven experience and knowledge working as a senior Enterprise or Solution ArchitectDemonstrable working knowledge of SaaS and PaaS architectures, ideally including Salesforce and AzureExperience of Salesforce Industries Health/Omnistudio/Vlocity is highly desirableProven experience of integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/asyncExpert fundamentals in multiple architecture frameworks and their applicationGood understanding of current and emerging technologies and their potential to deliver business benefitsGood influencing and negotiation skillsAbility to translate business strategy into technical solutions and business requirements into technical designExperience working in a product-centric organisation preferredAs a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.What we offer:At AXA UK, were appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
