With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.Until now, our small but mighty Finance team has handled everythingbudgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and more. Its worked, but as we grow, its time to scale smart.To do that, we need to separate the big-picture thinking of FP&A from the diligence and precision of financial control (FC). This shift will allow us to unlock better insights, sharper strategies, and more streamlined operations while setting up the team for long-term success.Routine tasks like AP/AR and reporting can rely on automation, letting you focus on what matters mostspotting trends, influencing strategy, and delivering impact. By taking the load off our CFO Andy and tapping into AI tools to speed up analysis, youll help us stay lean, scale fast, and make smarter, more effective choices as we grow.Your mission is to transform Juro's financial strategy.That means:Improve Juros decision making through data-driven insights and analysis, enabling better informed and strategic decisionsDrive business performance through realistic and achievable budgets, forecasts, and financial plans that align with business objectivesIdentify and eliminate unnecessary costs, improving profitability and efficiencyOptimise capital and resource allocation to maximise return on investmentBuild an FP&A function that doesnt just crunch numbers but drives decisions.We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong.
