There is an abundance of surrounding free parking as well as good bus connections around Belle Vale and a train station at Halewood. The area has benefited from new housing developments bringing more families and jobs into the area in recent years.The stores boast six test rooms across the two sites as well as providing spoke hear care services across both locations and Halewood is due to benefit from Boost in March of 2025. There are long-serving and knowledgeable managers across both sites as well as a resident clinical team of 3 Optometrists, a Dispensing Optician, and a Pre Reg Optometrist.Requirements Of The RoleAlongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with the drive, passion, and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Optometry Partner, youll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. Youll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.The right person for this position will possess a strong work ethic, drive, and a willingness to succeed. You will be a hands-on partner who understands the need to balance consistent time in the test room with your Director and leadership responsibilities.
