Developing and coaching the analysts to build a team of SMEs who are seen as the analytics centre of excellence for IVCERefine the overarching marketing customer data, insights and analytics strategy, with a focus on quality, consistency and value-added insight, reducing complexity and noise where possible.Responsible for the Marketing, Insight & Analytics tools, systems and dataflow and the relationships with the agencies that provide them ensuring smooth delivery of the solutions and databases on a daily a basisDeliver qualitative and quantitative insight into customer behaviour, attitudes, desires, and demographics, helping to shape companys marketing strategy across products, markets (new and existing), sales channels, customer experiences and performance activityOwn all Customer & Marketing reporting across channels within the business, ensuring timely delivery of all Weekly, Monthly, Year End & Board reportingWhat skills are we looking forA strong background in complex SQL (we use SSMS, but any is fine) and DWHsAnalytical software skills and strong understanding of data architecture.Experience of mining, aggregating and interpreting large complex data structures 'sets, ideally with multi category, territory and brand retail dataThe ability to clearly and confidently articulate and present complex ideas/insight in a simple and straight forward way to a range of audiencesAbility to focus on the detail, but also grasp the bigger picture is essential.
