Were looking for a candidate with an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle a system with numerous moving parts and be in fully charge of the UK Returns process. This often high-pressure position will require candidates to perform at the apex of their abilities. Our goals are to make our processes as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and vendors, and keep our customers happy.Objectives of this roleMonitor UK Returns flow and shipmentsEngage in regular communication with Sales Reps and Global Logistic TeamManage the local UK 3PLMaintain accurate and consistent records of import & export documentsManage local and international shipments from the officeManage inventory databasesResponsibilitiesCoordinate timely and accurate inventory for the UK 3PLEnsure accuracy of orders, shipping documents, and returnsIdentify and fix shipping and document errorsPrepare commercial invoices and deal with freights and couriers flowReceive orders and add to inventoryManage local Operations RoomSkills and qualificationsStrong communication skillsExcellent organizational capacityResearch and analysis skillsCollaborative attitudeSolution-oriented mindset2 years experience in a logistics or supply chain role2 years experience working with inventory management2 years experience working with import and export documentation2 years experience working with Excel, SAP & ERP systemsPreferred qualificationsFamiliarity with best practices in supply chain managementAbility to use data in making logistics more efficientComfort in working with a 3PLStrong customer service capabilitiesOrder to Cash flow knowledge Good to haveUnderstanding of both warehouse and transportation managementCapacity to multitaskMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Job Reference: BPO01064#J-18808-Ljbffr
