We are currently seeking a Commercial Lettings Manager to join our busy team in London! We are seeking an ambitious and talented candidate to join our portfolio management team.Following the expansion of our commercial portfolio, we are looking to recruit an entrepreneurial commercial lettings and sales manager focused on delivering high quality tenants to our northern portfolio. Ideally, successful applicants should have experience in and will be responsible for the following.Commercial Lettings Manager Duties:Liaising with agents and brokers to secure tenants for the company's assetsTo provide marketing strategy to increase the exposure of the company's sitesThe negotiation of new leases and renewalsExperience in multiple asset classes including offices, industrial, retail and business centresHave a good understanding and overview of current property market conditionsProactively network to increase occupancy throughout the portfolioIncreasing occupancy through referral and existing client baseLiaising with solicitors through the letting processProvide market analysis for the asset management teamCommercial Lettings Manager Requirements:Track record of high performance within a letting environmentA professional with the ability to deal with people at all levelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSound financial acumenAmbitious and EntrepreneurialA Willingness to work nationwide and go that extra mileJBRP1_UKTJ
