Client Services / Account Director - EMEADo you want to work for a Global HR Services Outsourcing Company focusing on Talent Management and Compliance?You will work across EME, partnering with large enterprise organisations.You will lead the delivery of exceptional client services across a variety of MSP clients.Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or IrelandThe role:Develop strong client relationships with some of the best & largest companies.Deliver multi-country payroll solutions.Meet with clients to enhance the relationship, review performance and offer service improvements.Lead, train and develop a high-performing delivery team.Resolve client escalations and issues and implement effective solutions.Streamline processes and work with internal teams to ensure a high-quality serviceExpand service offerings to clients.The culture:Open, honest, direct and highly accountable.Your experience:Experience in account management, client services or operations at a director level (or potentially manager level, depending on the size of accounts running) for an MSP (Managed Service Provider), Workforce Solutions or Payroll company.Experience with high-value accounts, providing best-in-class service and complex service agreementsExperience managing large-scale, multi-country payroll.Experience improving processes, service delivery and driving operational excellence.Apply or DM for more information.
