Title: Sales ManagerIndustry: Diagnostics Location: Greater London / Oxford / Cambridge area Salary: Competitive base + performance based bonuses and car allowance Contract: Full-time / permanent SciNova are excited to be partnered alongside a European MDx scale-up who produce an immunology-based rapid diagnostic testing. They are looking to expand and build out their sales team across the UK and are in needed of an experienced sales professional with a strategic mindset and hunter mentality. This is individual will be responsible for the Greater London territory with scope to reach the Cambridge and Oxford area. Our client is searching for someone with a unique blend of scientific expertise and commercial acumen, therefore it's essential that you will posses an MSc or PhD in a relevant discipline (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry etc.) as well as a proven track record in business development / customer acquisition. IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, visas will NOT be sponsored Role responsibilities:Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within speciality clinics and hospitals. Build and maintain strong relationships with end-customers through regular communication and engagement activities.Provide product education and support to end-customers, ensuring a deep understanding of my clients products and its value proposition.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and R&D to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.Utilise CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate accurate forecasts.Role requirements:MSc or PhD in a scientific discipline is essential.8+ years' minimum of relevant industry experience generated within the Life Sciences industry (Diagnostics, Dermatology etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Results driven.Fluent English.Willingness to travel within the designated territory is mandatory.No visa sponsorship needed.What my client offers:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.How to apply:Send your CV to lauren.howes@scinovasearch.com or instantly apply via LinkedIn.
