Senior Data EngineerUp to 65k (dependent upon experience)Hybrid- Trowbridge (3 days a week)A multinational food business is looking for a senior data engineer to work across multiple areas of dataTHE COMPANY The company is a multinational food business who have been established for over 30 years- delivering food both to businesses where food isn't their speciality or main focus and customers who need quick and convenient meals. They serve over 400+ customers and are therefore extremely data rich.ROLEIn this role, you will be:Extracting from databases and working on cross-functional ETLsWorking across forensic analytics, marketing campaigns and predictive analyticsLeading internal development requirements and looking after the data infrastructureUnderstanding the data they have and analysing and understanding the differences in dataSupporting with data model deployment (Databricks and Pyspark)SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years data engineering experienceStrong SQL and experience with handling big datasetsAbility to simplify data sources and build right data modelsFront end experience- able to structure data and understand end-to-end processThings that would be a huge plus: Business Analysis experience and Azure exposureBENEFITS The successful candidate will receive a salary up to 65k as well as bonus, pension and life assuranceJOB PROCESS The interview process consists of up to three stages; including a pre-test and technical testHOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your resume/CV to Chloe Pott via the Apply link on this page.
