As a key member of our HR team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact across Scotland and Ireland, supporting our people and driving business success.The RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with District Managers for TK Maxx & Homesense, aligning the regional and district strategies with broader business goals. Youll be instrumental in building leadership capabilities, driving the Talent agenda, and ensuring we achieve business KPIs.This field-based role involves travelling frequently across the entirety of Scotland and Ireland, giving you the flexibility to make a significant impact in both regions.
