Salary: Negotiable depending on your experience and backgroundLocation: Central Bristol/Work from Home (Hybrid)About the Team:The Business Operations Team is responsible for the administration and smooth running of our busy office. You will be the first hire as part of a strategic growth plan, working underneath the Commercial Director and alongside the Financial Controller. The team supports both contract and permanent recruitment placements, ensuring a high level of service to clients, candidates, and consultants. With a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration, they play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our business.About the Role:You will be working within the Business Operations team, supporting the entire organisation with their day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:Raising contracts for clients and contractorsRequesting and checking compliance documentationWorking closely with the sales team, including DirectorsOnboarding contractorsProcessing timesheetsProcessing invoices for paymentManaging Excel spreadsheetsRunning internal and external reportsCRM / ATS administrative support Tender / bid administration and submission supportDistributing enquiries from a range of channels - e.g. email forms and voicemails General support assisting the Commercial Director and Finance ControllerFacilities management, office supply management, event management, charity support You'll need an open-minded, proactive approach and a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks, including those outside your immediate responsibilities, to support the team effectively. Your Skills Must Include:Experience in general office administration, ideally within a recruitment/sales/customer service environmentA high level of computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and ExcelExperience using in-house database systemsExcellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skillsExperience issuing and managing contractsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities, embrace the ideas of others, and adjust your ways of working accordinglyAbility to manage your time and diary effectively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and appropriatelyStrong attention to detail and adherence to best practice to maintain high-quality outputProactively anticipate and support the activities of other team membersWork effectively and cooperatively with othersComfortable working to deadlines and enjoy being part of a close-knit team that plays a crucial role in the company's successA positive "can-do" attitude and ambitious to learnHybrid Working:Hybrid working arrangements will be available upon successful completion of your probation period, subject to agreement with your manager and alignment with business requirements.About the Company:At TRIA Recruitment, we specialise in connecting top tech, digital, and transformation talent with leading organisations worldwide.
