Your new companyAre you an experienced Estates Surveyor looking for an exciting new interim opportunity? Join a local authority team based in the Southwest to make a significant impact on communities property management and estates strategy!Your new roleAs an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Managing lease agreements, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance. Assisting with a strategic review of properties, including re-purposing and disposal works. Making decisions on maintenance responsibilities for specific properties across the portfolio. What you'll need to succeedWe are seeking a proven estates surveyor with commercial property experience, ideally working within the public sector previously. An in-depth understanding of property management from a surveying perspective will be required, alongside excellent negotiation and communication skills.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive daily rate (payable via umbrella), paid to you on a weekly basis across the duration of your contract.
