This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on technical expertise to ensure migration success is the companys number one priority.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the migration engineering team, setting goals and performance metrics.Develop and execute comprehensive migration strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for enterprise clients.Provide technical leadership, evaluating tools, technologies, and best practices to optimise migration efforts.Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning migration activities with broader business objectives.Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.What Does Success Look Like?
