We are passionate about delivering the finest quality, taste, and value to our customers while embracing sustainability and innovation.The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Administrator to support the HR function in delivering a seamless employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and passionate about HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the team.Key Responsibilities HR Administration & ComplianceMaintain and update employee records, contracts, and right-to-work documentation.Assist with HR policies, compliance, and GDPR documentation.Support new starter onboarding, including offer letters and induction processes. Recruitment SupportAssist with job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.Assist and support Recruitment manager with ad-hoc tasks. Employee Relations & EngagementBe a first point of contact for HR queries and provide administrative support.Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and events.Assist in absence management, performance reviews, and probation tracking. Payroll & Benefits SupportProcess employee changes, absences, and payroll documentation.Maintain benefits and holiday records accurately.Support HR projects and process improvements.What Were Looking For Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role. Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable but not essential. HR Knowledge: Understanding of UK employment laws, GDPR, and HR processes. Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written skills for employee interactions.
