With options for a fully managed service provision or a single discipline, we deliver a tailored resource solution to meet your project needs.Responsibilities Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows Control of sub contract accounts Preparation of final accounts Preparation of cost and value reconciliations Attend site meetings General contract administration Preparation of material schedules Preparation of monthly valuations Be totally familiar with the client brief and act in accordance with that Undertake jobs and responsibilities in a professional and business-like manner Honour client and Adeo business confidentialitiesRequirementsNEC Experience Procurement Knowledge (Helpful)Subcontractor Management (Helpful) Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVRs) against budget on projects.
