Having secured a hyperscale Data Centre in Derry, they are looking to secure a seasoned Project Manager to be based on site.As such, some experience in working on Data Centres, including defining project scope & objectives, creating and coordinating project schedules, managing Contractors/Subcontractors, Design Teams, & Clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, is required.Requirements:Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management5+ Years in a Project Management positionExperience in client-facing roles neededMust have a track-record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-overPrevious exposure to managing teamsShould understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationshipsMust be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.Package:Highly competitive salary, discretionary bonus, pension, Healthcare and other perks
