International Sales Manager Bicycle/PowersportsTHIS IS A REMOTE ROLE AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS BASED IN EITHER EUROPE OR ASIA!Muc-Off was founded in 1994 and are now the leading supplier of specialist cycling/powersports cleaning and maintenance products in the UK. In what is a truly results-driven culture; the rewards and career development opportunities are second to none.About the roleThe candidate would be responsible for the sales management and development of new and existing bicycle/powersports international distributors, in line with the overall objectives of the business.Key responsibilitiesCreate a strategic annual sales plan, which supports the companys budget objectivesReview progress reports, which will help determine sales potential & customer needsEnsure new product launches, price updates and promotions are communicated effectivelyUnderstand sell through performance in each territoryActing as the main and key resource for education and trainingMonitor key competition on each territory to help the business map out a strategic planMonitor progress and performance of each customer regularlySearch for opportunities that enhance the sales revenue and improve Muc-Off breadth of product in each territoryMust-havesBackground in sales accounts management or experience in other roles within the Cycle or Powersports industryTrack record in delivering sales results and/or hitting targetsMotivated and passionate about the industry and categoriesExcellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to adapt to different situationsAbility to multi-task and flexible to prioritise workload, and manage time effectivelyUnderstanding of sales performance metricsSelf-motivated with a drive to succeedA full UK drivers license and valid passportExperience in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & ExcelWhat we can offerCompetitive Salary33 days holiday, inclusive of UK bank holidays (increase with service)Early finish on a FridaysExcellent staff discount on Muc-Off productsEmployee Assistant ProgrammeLong Service RewardsCycle to Work SchemeChill out areas, showers and a secure area to store your bikePension contributionsAn awesome opportunity to work with a local and widely recognised BrandA cool, casual and fully branded-up working environment where staff indulge their passions for cycling and fitnessBrilliant social events
