Youll manage 10-40 Amazon accounts, using our automated systems and internal App to achieve clients' growth.Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission Structure based on Client Performance About the Role:Lead & Strategise: Oversee 10-40 Amazon accounts using our automated system to drive growth and optimise performance.Team Leadership: Mentor up to 3 Account Managers and their teams, fostering excellence and collaboration.Client Success: Develop and implement strategies, monitor key metrics, and ensure high client satisfaction.Innovate Processes: Lead meetings to solve challenges and streamline operations for better efficiency.Build Relationships: Maintain strong client partnerships to ensure successful Amazon journeys.Strategic Planning: Create and execute quarterly strategic plans with Account Managers.Monitor Performance: Track and report on KPIs like sales, churn rates, and content quality. What Were Looking For:Experience: 3+ years with Amazon Seller Central and 2+ years in an agency environment.Leadership: Proven management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Google Meet, Slack, and Asana.Passion: Strong commitment to boosting Amazon sales and ensuring client success.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive client growth.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
