A real-time customer engagement and analytics platform, is looking for a seasoned and well-experienced Sales Director to join our incredible team and family.The right person for the job is a senior, independent, hands-on person with experience in medium-to-long term B2B sales cycles and business development, in a fast-paced cutting edge technological SaaS environment. Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of B2B global sales experience with proven resultsProven portfolio and connections in the fintech industry/online and SaaS or Software salesExperience in complex, multi-portfolio, large dealsStrong, credible, and professional working relationship with C-level executivesHigh technical orientationEnglish as a mother tongue or similar level (verbal and written)High communication skills (verbal and written)Experience in B2B selling to financial companies or selling customer engagement/analytics platform,Additional languages AdvantageAble to create and maintain a steady pipeline of leads and opportunitiesHighly responsible, independent and a team playerOrganized, efficient and creativeKnowledge and experience working with a CRM system for tracking and monitoring purposes Key responsibilities:Work with the VP Sales to achieve company, sales department and personal targetsEnd to end responsibility for sales process, starting with lead, demo, negotiation, and agreement signing. This also includes staying involved until customer goes liveGenerate and build new sales channels, cooperation and business developmentGenerate relevant outbound leads within existing verticalsHandle and close inbound leadsManage all lead and deal flows within the CRM, including detailed monitoringOrganize, contribute and attend conferences (abroad), seminars and any other sales related activities and eventsWork with the team to constantly optimize the sales flows, tactics and methodologiesAssist with the development of sales materialsExplore new business opportunities for sales enhancement and product enrichment
