Location: North London Contract type: Permanent Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Salary: Up to 70,000+ Package The Role Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial division, managing and supporting Groundwork and structural packages anywhere up to 10million. You will be office based working alongside the Commercial Manager with occasional site visits. Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to: Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements Maintaining and building relationships with clients Produce monthly variations About You You MUST have Groundworks experience, anything but this and you will not be reviewed for the position. Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in London. Ideally you will have 5+ years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
