What Youll Be Doing Conduct in-depth research on businesses and industry trends to identify top companies and individuals who would benefit from entering our awards. Proactively reach out to potential entrants via calls, emails, and targeted outreach campaigns, clearly communicating the value of participation. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with previous entrants, ensuring continued engagement and repeat participation. Manage key accounts, guiding clients smoothly through the entry process, addressing any queries, and providing exceptional support. Collaborate with industry experts and judges, coordinating panel and keeping them informed throughout the awards process. Monitor engagement and maintain up-to-date databases, ensuring accurate tracking of potential and confirmed entrants. Support marketing initiatives by contributing to email campaigns, social media promotions, and other outreach strategies. Represent the company at high-profile industry events, networking with professionals and promoting our awards to drive interest and participation.
