We collaborate with global luxury and lifestyle brands to achieve visionary creativity, culture, and craft across marketing campaigns, customer experiences, brand design, product design, and new media technologies.While we are a team of sixty primarily centered in New York, London, and Thessaloniki, most employees have the option to be hybrid or studio based according to preference.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Studio Assistant. This role is to work alongside our world leading agency team, who design and develop creative concepts for 3D and spatial design projects (including but not limited to window displays, exhibition spaces, space design for retail product animations and props) for luxury brands.The Studio Assistant will work at the heart of the studio, contributing to all matters related to the administration and functionality of the studio, with strong focus on project and research archiving as an on-going concern. About YouYou are someone who has had experience working as part of a creative team. You need to be organised and able to manage your own time, and have an agile, can-do mindset. You need to be able to coordinate information accurately, clearly and concisely; make decisions efficiently and deliver to deadlines. We are looking for someone who can bring bundles of creativity, energy and enthusiasm to our busy but friendly team. You are a confident and ambitious team players with lots of common sense, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Responsibilities This is a list of the near as we can reckon day-to-day responsibilities of the role.Assisting the Studio Manager on all aspects of studio operations; ensuring office and art supplies are ordered; purchasing of one-off items; deliveries and courier organisation etc.Assisting the Creative Director with digital content creation for publication/marketing purposes, including building presentations, helping to craft and produce content for display and content for social media platforms.Assisting the Design Manager and Design Team with requests and needs, including archive book creation; ensuring the design archive is clear, up-to-date and accessible to all on the shared server; requesting and collation of all professional photography and required documentation.Maintenance of studios book and material library.Research of inspiration activities, including research of exhibitions, art fairs etc.RequirementsExperienced in and confident working with: Gsuite, Keynote, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign.Able to demonstrate experience working within creative teams, and appreciation and understanding of the requirements of the creative process.An excellent problem solver, with an ability to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Must demonstrate ease working on several projects simultaneously.Interest in luxury fashion brands.Ability to create and build content for social media and digital platforms.Understanding of marketing process and value to the studio output and objectives an advantage.Must demonstrate well developed interpersonal and influence skills, and an unquestionable personal code of diplomacy, ethics, integrity, and trust.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
