RFLPS are seeking a highly-motivated, organised and capable individual to act as Senior Project Manager within the Capital Projects team working with our parent organisation and external client teams.The purpose of the role is to advise and support the Deputy Director of Capital Projects and to take responsibility for the coordination, management, and delivery of all aspects of Capital Projects to ensure investment and business case objectives are achieved and projects deliver in terms of Capital Project KPI performance with, time, cost and quality.Main duties of the role:Managing multi-phased construction projects with complex interdependencies, delivering on time on budget in live environmentsBeing an SME in contractual knowledge (NEC, PFI and JCT)Management of contractors, consultants and direct report teamBusiness case writing, detailed report writing for presentation at exec levelEnd to end project management from inception to completion in line with RFLPS Project Playbook and RIBA gateway stagesGovern and lead project delivery teams to manage programme, risk and cost to achieve the best value results for our clientsWorking for RFL Property ServicesAt RFLPS, we offer starting salary of 73,743 p.a., 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, 6% employer pension contribution, group life assurance hybrid working 3-4 days at one of RFLPS and associated customer sites.What do we need (Essential Requirements)Chartered Construction Project Management professional RICS, RIBA, C Eng, APM or similar working towardsDegree/Diploma in line with key competencies in construction contract management and or Project ManagementExtensive post qualification experience at management level and demonstrable Experience in leading a teamComprehensive experience in managing construction projects and programmes from inception to completion through all RIBA stagesExperience in Business Case development, 5 case model and following a gateway approvals processAt RFLPS, we are working towards our vision of connecting people who care through world class spaces.
