Interior ArchitectThis role is suitable if you are an Architect or Architectural Technician subject to having the relevant experience.Due to an increase in work-load, we are looking for a mid-level member of staff to join our team.In your new role, you will be required to:Attend meetings with clients.Advise on building regulations.Attend site visits across the country.Undertake surveys.Create drawing packages.Create scope of work documents.To succeed in this role, you will need:2 to 3 years in a similar role.Proficiency with AutoCAD.Familiarity with Revit (Optional)Experience in the fit-out sector (Preferred).A UK driving licence (Preferred).Located with commuting distance of Dewsbury.In return, you will receive:A competitive salary however a range of 30k-40k is likelyA discretionary bonus.Paid for accreditations (RIBA etc.)Flexible working hours & WFH (Upon agreement & completion of probationary period)
