This is a fast paced, hands on role that blends traditional EA responsibilities with key involvement in legal, finance, HR, strategic planning, and more. Experience working with a PE-backed business would be advantageous.As the right hand to our Founder, youll manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and ensure every moment of his day is optimised. Youll collaborate with our wider team on exciting projects, PR and press activities, and events while also supporting the smooth running of the office. Due to our rapidly growing global footprint, youll need to be flexible, with some availability outside of traditional working hours and the ability to travel nationally and internationally, sometimes at short notice.You will have considerable impact and exposure working directly alongside the companys Founder and CEO. If youre ready to bring energy, organisation, and passion to Revive Collagen - then this is the role for you!RESPONSIBILITIESManage and responding to the CEOs diary and inboxOversee all internal/external correspondence, prioritising key tasksPrepare reports, presentations, and complex financial documentsCoordinate internal projects, track deadlines, and ensure results are being delivered against internal targetsManage onboarding and act as the go-to person for HR queriesDraft and manage contracts, liaise with vendors, and oversee procurement with relevant teamSupport strategic planning, track milestones, and deliver insightsTrack budgets and provide financial reporting feedbackManage legal documents, liaise with legal counsel, and ensure complianceBook personal appointments, manage ad-hoc tasks, and travelManage all stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaborationGrasp and manage complex operational processes, ensuring efficiency across all areaHandle logistics for board meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and follow-up communicationsMaintain and organise board-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracyManage and taking board minutesREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAt least 7+ years EA experience with C-Level experience, ideally with exposure to HR, finance, legal, and strategic planningExceptional organisational skills and granular attention to detailA proactive problem-solver with a flexible, can-do attitudeConfident in handling financial data and working across teamsStrong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlinesExperience supporting at board level, with a strong understanding of board functionsExperience in project management and managing the assignment of priorities and tasks for a team of business support staffExperience as a people manager, ideally as a team leaderStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in Shopify, Trello, accounting software, and automation tools being a plusProactive approach to support with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesFlexible and adaptable, with an understanding of the demands of supporting a busy CEOBusiness and commercial acumenGrowth mindset and strong emotional intelligenceKnowledge and understanding of corporate finance, deal teams/fundraising, and/or strategic planning processesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSA market-leading compensation packageComplimentary Health Care1000 annual training and development grantComplimentary gym membershipAmple potential for career development and trainingFun and friendly team with regular social events in personComplimentary subscription to Revive CollagenOpportunity to be a part of one of the UKs fastest-growing brands.This role is based in our central Bristol office with the option to work from home one day a week.
