With a strong focus on sustainability and best practices, we are committed to delivering excellence across all our services.The RoleManage all operational aspects of the tree surgery division, including scheduling and job execution.Lead and support a team of tree surgeons, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to best practices.Act as a key point of contact for clients, conducting surveys and preparing quotations.Ensure full compliance with health 'safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.Collaborate with internal teams to optimise resource allocation and improve efficiency.About YouExperienced in tree surgery/arboriculture, ideally as a lead climber or arborist.Proven operational management experience in tree surgery or a related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in quotations and contract tendering.In-depth knowledge of Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) and planning applications.Full UK driving licence (essential).This is a great opportunity to shape and develop a growing division within a thriving business.
