The candidate will be a highly skilled, data-driven professional with extensive experience and deep expertise in the Record to Report area, along with a solid foundation in continuous improvement. This role will oversee the End-to-End process across various business units and regions. The individual will lead and implement wide-ranging changes in systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness, while enhancing the experience for both internal and external customersKey Responsibilities: Serve as a key contributor to global, high-impact strategic projects led by the Global Process Owner organization.Collaborate with the Finance team across functions to manage the End-to-End Record to Report process, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions, fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimal solutions.Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and continuous improvement within the Record to Report processes in the Shared Service Center.Analyze data to uncover improvement opportunities, develop hypotheses, and, once validated, oversee the change management process to ensure smooth deployment with minimal disruption.Utilize existing tools to efficiently manage the continuous improvement process.Key Requirements: Degree (required) Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business AdministrationDegree (preferred) Accounting / Finance / Economics or other relevant degreeCertifications:Required: CIMA/CPA or equivalent IssuerPreferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / KaizenWork Experience:Finance and accounting with strong focus on financial closing, reporting and reconciliationLevel: Advanced - 5-10 yearsAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
