Youll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, partnering with leaders, and ensuring our policies and operations support our growing team.What Youll Be Doing:Employee Relations Advise managers on performance, sickness, disciplinary matters, grievances, and flexible working requests.People Operations Own the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and internal mobility.Compliance & Governance Keep us up to date with UK employment law and global best practices, ensuring policies and processes are compliant.People Data & Reporting Maintain accurate records and provide valuable insights to drive decision-making.Key HR Projects Lead initiatives in HR technology, performance cycles, pay reviews, and employment law updates to enhance our people strategy.What Were Looking For:Strong experience managing end-to-end Employee Relations cases with a commercial and pragmatic approach.Deep knowledge of UK employment law (global experience is a bonus!).Proven ability to develop and implement policies in a scaling environment.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret and act on people insights.Tech-savvy, with experience leveraging HR systems to automate and streamline processes.Excellent communication skills able to build trust and credibility at all levels.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?
