Key Responsibilities: Develop change & communication strategies and plans to support delivery of the Global controllership strategic initiativesBuild and develop relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside of Global controllershipDevelop and deliver tailored change plans as required using a core toolkit as a basisCollaborate with other programs to understand and mitigate the overall impact of change on individuals & teamsHelp manage a complex stakeholder landscape to ensure understanding, buy in, and mitigate communication risk & issues to ensure a smooth path for project delivery Your Profile: Minimum of 5 years experience within a change communications roleExperience of working on change projects within large multinational organisationsExperience in operational model changes as well as standard business change and adoption toolsExperience of building relationships, managing trusted stakeholder relationshipsUnderstanding of business change management together with the ability to synthesize facts into an overall picture and identify gapsStrong project management skills
