A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join an In-House Legal Team, based from their office in Basingstoke, with the flexibility for remote working on a 50% basis. My client is a leading Housing Association, providing quality, affordable homes and services within sustainable, successful communities.You'll be responsible for your own complex caseload of legal cases, in relation to the set up and disposal of shared ownership and private sales of new build properties on new build development schemes and disposals of other property types.Your role as Legal Council will include: Dealing with the title, planning on all areas of property law relating to new build developments and residential propertiesSetting up a plot sales schemeDrafting contracts, transfers and shared ownership leasesDealing with the conveyancing process to completionManaging your own caseload of conveyancing transactions Supervising junior members of the teamIn return for your hard work, you will be rewarded by working for a firm which will look to develop and support you in your career journey.Please get your CV to me or call me for immediate consideration.
