What you'll be doing:Review and provide feedback on potential sub-contractors documentation and responses from an HSEQ perspective.Subcontractor compliance.Health & Safety audits.Reviewing and filing project HSEQ reports.Review submitted RAMS for both internal and subcontracted works.Update or draw up policy, procedure and guidance Health & Safety documents and submit for BMS/QMS inclusion.Provide advice on Health & Safety legislation, topics or issues to both internal or other concerned parties.Assist in the maintenance of Health & Safety Accreditations and Certification.Keep self and colleagues up to date with Health & Safety Legislation and best practices.Health and safety inductionsWhat you'll need:We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude. Someone who can think outside of the box and is not afraid to roll their sleeves up to get the job done. The successful applicant will be someone who is approachable, willing to go above and beyond, and an all round team player. Health & Safety understand the principles of delivering projects Safely and compliantly in a hands-on, highly commercial environment (NEBOSH, IOSH qualifications and a good working knowledge of the construction design and management regulations 2015).Comfortable working to meet tight deadlines whilst balancing multiple priorities and projects.Able to work with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) from a broad range of backgrounds.Excellent written communicationBe IT literate and have a working experience of web-based applications and platforms.
