Job Description

The Facilities Manager works closely with the Operations Manager to create a safe, secure environment of excellence for players and team members. A strong, practical skill set is required in order to carry out the appropriate training, problem solving, repairs and project work.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate and manage the Maintenance and Facilities teams, and through training and support, ensure they deliver a high quality of workProactively seek ways to improve the facility and the player experienceGeneral upkeep of the building, outfield, targets and surrounding areasExtensive knowledge of all maintenance/operational systems that will enable them to maintain standards and carry out basic repair in-houseMonitor the operation and safe use of maintenance tools, PPE and any other work-related equipment.Ensure all maintenance supplies are fully stocked in preparation for upcoming workPlace orders from nominated suppliers, up to the value agreed by the Operations ManagerEnsure functionality of the ball dispensers are working as effectively and efficiently as possibleSustain a satisfactory level of golf balls flowing through the systemWhat we are looking for:Must have a thorough understanding of all utilities services (gas, electric, water & heating supply) and demonstrate an ability to problem solve these areas to aid crisis managementCommunication skillsExperience leading a Maintenance or Facilities TeamIn Return we Offer:Flexible working hours (Please note the working hours will include weekend working)Full induction and trainingContinuous professional development in a fast-growing company50% off our food menuAccess to exclusive discounts on retailers and restaurants through our reward gatewayDiscounted use of Topgolf extending to friends and family, across all UK Topgolf venues10% bonus paid quarterlyPay: Up to 26,750.00 per yearYou will be required to provide a valid Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
