We are partnered with a global investment company with the sole purpose of supporting businesses with a vision to create a better future and happier communities. With their vibrant and fast paced HQ in central London, we are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Office Manager who can oversee all operations for employees and visitors. This would suit someone ideally from a retail or creative background, who can be flexible to priorities and think outside of the box. Key Responsibilities:Facilitating and coordinating all building maintenance, adhering to H&S and compliance at all times. Manage all communication and relationships with external agencies, suppliers and stakeholders. Advocate for the safety, wellbeing and comfort of all employees. Scheduling meetings, arranging travel and general diary management. Support the finance team to ensure budgets are managed appropriately.Working closely with COO, lead and organise all in-house events. Become a genuine brand ambassador for the business, sharing its values and promoting a positive and entrepreneurial culture. Proactively manage any unexpected challenges and deliver solutions. To Be Successful:Excellent diplomatic communication style. Demonstrable history in a similar environment, start-up, creative studio or retail experience. Proven track record of being solutions-focussed in an Office/Facilities Manager position. Flexibility to travel if required. Entrepreneurial mindset.Genuine passion for delivering excellent service, building relationships and working as a team. Flexible approach to work.Previous budget management.
