Youll play a pivotal role in modernising and enhancing operational efficiency, service offerings, and strategic capabilities, contributing directly to our ambition of delivering an exceptional experience for our stakeholders.About the Role:As Head of Transformation and Change, you will:Provide strategic leadership to the Transformation and Change Office.Lead a diverse team in the planning, execution, and delivery of key transformation programmes.Collaborate with senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.Establish and maintain governance structures to monitor progress, manage risks, and drive accountability.Develop and implement a robust change management strategy, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-impact programmes on scope, time, cost, and quality.Build effective relationships to secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and governance boards.Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.Foster a collaborative team environment, nurturing professional growth and development.What Were Looking For:Essential Qualifications:Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Project Management) or equivalent experience.Professional project management qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, PMP).Skills & Experience:Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within the public sector or education.Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and driving cultural change.Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and integrating technology within complex organisations.Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, delivering successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.Personal Qualities:Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.Innovative and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges.Committed to excellence, inclusivity, and organisational values.Why Join Us?Be at the heart of transformative change, shaping the future of our organisation.Collaborate with talented professionals in a supportive and ambitious environment.Enjoy opportunities for professional development and career progression.Ready to make an impact?Apply now to become part of an organisation that is driving positive change and innovation.
