Decarbonisation Project ManagerLondon & South East65,000 + PackageLeading regeneration contractorThe Role:Working within a newly formed decarbonisation / retrofit division of an already well established Tier 1 contractor.Job Description:Working alongside the operational delivery team, the Decarbonisation Project Manager will support in the planning, coordination, and execution of retrofit projects.This role involves ensuring projects meet deadlines, staying within budget, and adhering to industry regulations. The Decarbonisation Project Manager will focus on assessments, designs, and integration of new systems or equipment into existing structures, ensuring they meet modern standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety.Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and upper management to understand project requirements and provide progress updates.Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and project documentation, including contracts, timelines, and risk assessments.Ensure all retrofit projects maintain the highest quality standards and performance expectations.Provide technical guidance on various retrofit system inline with company ESG goals and Best practice.Liaise with Clients to obtain funding through Government schemes.Involvement in bids.Qualifications/Experience:Desirable - Level - 5 Retrofit co-ordination or similarProven track record in retrofit deliveryConstruction based NVQ 3 and aboveGood technical knowledgeStrong knowledge of PAS2030/35 is essentialBrilliant opportunity to join a business within a growing division at a critical time within the sector.
