Where no two days are the same.About the job youre consideringThe work is to both identify and create solutions within the Intelligent Industry (Industry 4.0) banner which is a collection of multiple technologies tailored to deliver improvements in productivity, leadtime, information, IoT technologies, asset management etc. often within several parallel projects and industries. The primary task is to design and develop advanced computer vision solutions that transform visual data into actionable insights. This involves creating scalable architectures, drive the implementation of cutting-edge vision models and manage the team od data scientists for this process , and integrating these solutions into existing systems. The role also includes staying updated on the latest advancements in the field, optimizing models for performance, and providing technical leadership to ensure the successful deployment of vision analytics technologies. Work closley with clients at all times and educating them on the art of the possible. You will also be instrumental in changing the way the work utilising these new tools and techniques. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)Your roleDesign and develop scalable vision analytics architectures to meet business requirementsContribute to a clear Architectural Vision, supporting Capability roadmaps, for development of Solutions in the short, medium and long termLead the implementation of computer vision models and algorithms for image and video analysisProvide internal consultation and Integration Systems expertise within this area to support projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision analytics solutions into existing systemsResponsible for conducting research and stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and AI technologiesYou will also meet directly with clients to demonstrate solutions, answer questions regarding capabilities and requirements and work to resolve issues that arise during the development or product life cycleBe the lead Architect & provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on Vision solutionsEngage with customers and stakeholders to elicit system needs and constraintsDerive functional and behavioral aspects of a systemProduce candidate solution architectures and derive requirements at all levelsWork with the Bid & Project Manager roles to estimate the cost based on alternative solutions and approaches You can bring your whole self to work. These networks support our community every day.Your skills and experienceProven experience in designing and implementing computer vision solutions.Knowledge of solutions that include tools sets from NVIDIA Jetson, Linux, IDS Peak Cockpit etc..Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.Strong capability in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Familiarity with deep learning techniques and neural network architectures although you will be working with data scientists who will have this knowledgeExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilitiesStrong experience of performing a solution architecture role within an engineering, OT, manufacturing or telecommunications environmentStrong knowledge of within Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, Historians, SCADA, Edge computing, cyber security, digital twins, digital control towers etc.Technically leading complex projects throughout their complete lifecycle from requirements capture to handover and knowledge transferExcellent at troubleshootingExperience of working within a large-scale organisations, able to work as part of a team, excellent organisational and time keeping skills, strong written and verbal skillsExcelling Client facing Skills Dont meet every single requirements?
