Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer / Document ControllerReading30,000 - 45,000 + PackageWe are working with a leading main contractor delivering high-profile construction projects across the UK. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support their teams in ensuring project compliance, document control, and HSEQ requirements.The Role:As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining compliance, supporting project teams, and ensuring efficient document management. Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring all projects meet HSEQ and ISO document requirements.Supporting and advising teams on HSEQ/accreditation matters.Updating drawing registers and project directories weekly.Conducting ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 audits across projects.Managing commercial QMS/BMS audits and tracking compliance.Collating and producing O&M manuals for all projects.Setting up and maintaining site folders (electronic & hard copy).Monitoring SharePoint project information for accuracy.Assisting with waste management records and Smart Waste portal uploads.Ensuring delivery tickets are collected and collated correctly.Assisting in the production of monthly client meeting packs.Supporting the Compliance and Project Support Manager with template and standard documentation.Coordinating weekly team meetings, taking minutes, and distributing reports.Assisting with archiving project paperwork ahead of completion.Whats on Offer?A role with a reputable main contractor with strong systems and processes.Career progression opportunities within a dynamic team.Exposure to large-scale construction projects.A collaborative and supportive working environment.The Ideal Candidate:Experience in administration, ideally within the construction industry.Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.A proactive and self-motivated approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A driving licence is preferred.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor in a key support role with excellent career growth potential.
