Ensuring the efficient and cost-effective fulfilment of all Customer and Supplier requirements, while maintaining very high levels of stock accuracy.Key responsibilitiesWork closely with nominated 3PLs to ensure pick accuracy and on time deliveries to all customersArrange import/export documentation, coordinating with our freight agents and 3PLs to ensure compliance and smooth movement of goodsCoordinate arrangement of air and sea freight transportation across Europe & Middle East, including placing of Purchase Orders, communication of schedules, resolution of any issues and engagement with supplier, freight agent and customer accordinglyProvide high levels of stock control with timely and accurate transaction processing and frequent reconciliation. Ensure all inventory issues are identified, captured, notified appropriately and fixed quickly.Manage the disposal of excess and obsolete stock, ensuring the best possible return wherever possible.
