We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver highly effective and innovative solutions for our clients.Tasks and responsibilities:Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projectsCarrying out dilapidations on behalf of Landlords & TennantsUndertaking building surveys and site inspections.Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules.Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projectsDelivery of contract administration servicesFund MonitoringWorking with external clients and consultant teams.Key skills required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbalCapable report and specification writing skillsMRICS Qualification
