Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a clear, compelling product vision aligned with company objectives. Identify market trends and develop a strategic roadmap to enhance our product suite.End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and development to launch and adoption, ensuring a user-centric approach.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product strategies, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement.Cross-functional leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product execution. Guide and mentor the product team to foster a high-performance culture.Agile & Scalable Growth: Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment by embracing adaptability, taking a hands-on approach to challenges, and driving innovation. Skills & ExperienceRequired:Proven experience leading product teams and managing complex product lifecycles.Strong expertise in data-driven product development and analytics.Experience in scaling products and teams within startup or high-growth environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred:Background within a SaaS start-upWorking with multiproduct offeringsStrong technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.A relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or similar).
