Job Brief: Entry Level Analyst (Real Estate)Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to support the underwriting and funding processes for real estate developments and investments in London. The role involves working on landmark multi-phase, mixed-use developments, as well as value-add standing commercial investments.Key Responsibilities:Conduct independent analysis of new potential real estate investments using financial models in Excel.Prepare comprehensive business plans for individual real estate assets, detailing financials, development strategies, and investment returns.Support the funding and underwriting process by providing detailed financial appraisals, IRRs, and sensitivity analyses.Experience & Key Skills:Strong analytical skills, including usage of Excel for financial models (residual and development appraisals, IRRs, sensitivity analyses)Exceptional reporting, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data effectively.Experience with complex property development projects, from inception through to delivery.Good understanding of property finance/lending and ideally some experience working in this area.Self-disciplined and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.A strong interest in business, real estate, and finance is essential.
